I know that our nation has been oppressed by the Spanish colonizers for far too long, and the urge to break free is stronger than ever. However, I urge you to think carefully before taking any rash actions. The path to independence is a long and difficult one, and the sacrifices required may be greater than we can imagine. Let us not allow ourselves to be consumed by anger and hatred, but instead, let us strive for a future of unity and progress.

May our spirits be as fierce as our courage, and may our actions be guided by reason and compassion. May the Philippines soon be free from the shackles of colonialism, and may our people thrive as one under the banner of revolution.

In the above letter, the oxymoron "fierce courage" is used in a figurative, and rhetorical way to emphasize the need for both strength and discipline in the fight for independence. It also uses a rhetorical question "let us not allow ourselves to be consumed by anger and hatred" to advise the katipuneros to not let themselves become blind with rage, but to always consider the consequences of their actions.

You all have sacrificed your lives for the freedom of each filipino in our country. The bittersweet of each death truly showed us your love and care for the Philippines. Your task was completely unfinished yet you gave your all.

Please do not start a war between the spaniards your fight between them could be pretty ugly considering the spaniards have guns and you all have bolo knifes.

But for the sake of our country you all need to fight the spaniards for our country’s independence and righteousness for our people because I know you all love them and I also love my people. I don’t encourage you all to fight them but once all your plans and secrets have been revealed I suggest you keep safe all your plans because you need to expect the unexpected.

In 1892 Filipinos interested in the overthrow of Spanish rule founded an organization following Masonic rites and principles to organize armed resistance and terrorist assassinations within a context of total secrecy. It operated as an alternative Filipino government complete with a president and cabinet. When Andrés Bonifacio assumed control over the organization, it became much more aggressive. With the Grito de Balintawak, the Philippine revolution began. Filipinos ripped up their tax and citizenship documents and started fighting through Luzon. Emilio Jacinto commanded Katipunan's troops in several decisive struggle where both sides sustained major losses. The Katipunan movement frightened the Spanish and their supporters in the country. Consequently, the authorities arrested or exiled some 4,000 rebels, not to mention the myriad executions. At this time, the Filipinos were by no means united; Emilio Aguinaldo served as president of the insurgent government while José Rizal headed the Liga Filipina.

I would like to remind them the importance of sacrifice for the good. They faced a lot of challenges, they have sacrificed their lives for our freedom. I would like to tell them that their bittersweet of each death really showed their care for our country. I want like to tell them to be safe because you really need to expect the unexpected happenings.

Thank you for sacrificing yourselves for us, risking your lives to keep us safe and free. We thank you for your courage and bravery. Even though you were to lose your life, you still fought through it because it was the beginning of the end. It may be your life's end, but you helped people have new beginnings; you helped them have freedom. I hope you know what you did for our country and saved us. Again, We thank you for what you have done for us, thank you.

Thank you for all your efforts to make the Philippines a free country. When learning about your painfully beautiful story, it made me appreciate all the honorable sacrifices you have committed. However, if I know one thing about your actual hardships, I would nothing. I won’t know how truly hard it is to go against dangerous people. Please acknowledge that what you did was not in vain. Today, Philippines is a free country. However, if I could go back in time, I would stop you from doing any reckless things against Aguinaldo. I would warn you that being against him would mean your downfall.  I would warn you about what is about to come and to prepare. So maybe, we would have the chance to achieve the longed for freedom we deserve in a more earlier point of time.

I've been aware of your duty and actions. Even though, it was a pretty absurd/ugly war. Maybe you should have thought this through. At the very least we still have our freedom. It was hard to get our freedom before. You still fought back. Find and know your enemies weak spots. Show them what the Katipuneros are made of. Work together whether they work together or apart to stop the fight. But always remember, look for a bright light. That light will guide you to victory and peace. I appreciate that you are here to provide us the freedom we needed for many years. Thank you for the Katipuneros who sacrificed their own lives just for us. Your bravery in acting as rebels and architects of our country’s freedom is outstanding. What you established encouraged peace and gave people a haven from Spanish tyranny. In your rebellion, you cultivated our history. It is crucial to be willing to make sacrifices for the greater good. Remember that unity and collective strength can guide the way whenever there are challenges. You, the Katipuneros, had an unforgettable impact on the Philippines’ journey towards freedom and independence. I am profoundly grateful for your and the Katipuneros’ noble efforts and selfless sacrifices to make the Philippines a liberated country. Even with how daunting the task or our goal is, the Katipunan will always stand firm amidst the challenges it faces. All of us are absolutely unsure of the result of this battle for our independence. In thoughts and in prayers, I will continue to support your cause.

Recently, I’ve learned more about your honorary president, Dr. Jose Rizal, this concept he quoted in both his novels “the pen is mightier than the sword” was quite inspiring to me. However, it is an open secret that a lot of Filipinos find Dr. Rizal’s work to be a call for revolution.

Hopefully, this letter will safely reach you and inspire the Katipunan or at least keep the morale up. I hope with all my heart that we drive out the Spaniards once and for all. After all, in this war we are facing, the only constant is change. Godspeed.
