The definition for inorganic - composed of matter other than plant or animal, and does not contain carbon. We performed an Avocado lab yesterday to simulate drilling through the Earth's crust to the mantle. Ask your student what they learned from this activity. We continued talking about yesterday's experiment and those who made less than an 80 on last week's quiz took a re-take today. We will move forward to the unit on Plate Tectonics tomorrow.
