 Asian Americans play a strange role in the American melting pot. The Society uses our success to pit us against other people of color as justification that racism doesn't exist.

In My Opinion, The Society uses our success to pit us against other people of color as justification that racism doesn't exist. it means that we are not quite similar enough to be accepted by the society and society isn't quite sure what to do with us. it means we have to look, dressed up, and act like an american people. That's not good, because if we act like them (American people), over time our identity as an Asian race will be lost.  So, just be yourself because everyone is created diverse (no one is the same).

    Asian - Americans are stereotyped as a model minority meaning they are considered to achieve a higher successrate than the population average. The minority model permeates the lives of Asian - American students for beyond the surface level

    The standards which set by Asian - Americans became very high simply as a result of  minority model stereotypes living with high standards is often very stressful

In my opinion setting a high standars of living for ourselves is very stressful. It can cost our psychologically, emotionally, even academically. We learn to correlate ourselves worth with quantitative measurement. We out perform ourselves over anything less than the A range. we become normalized self-sacrifice such as studying harder and longer and leaving our social lives behind.

This created an evironment of emotional isolation and decision making as Asian - American girls between the ages of 15 and 24 have the second highest suicide rate, Asian - American students are significantly more likely than their whites skin (Pure Americans) to have suicidal thoughts.

I have learned that success can't be defined by how much our scor or grades or how many awards we have achieved, and turning stereotypes takes time that may not happen overnight it may even take generatio, but if we start now, our grandchildren will someday, even our children can be free to be who they want to be.

Sometimes we're really quick to feel like we have enough information to judge others, but it is important for us to see who we are judging, because the person we judge maybe the greatest leader in our world.

Let's avoid this judgement with this step :
1. Yes to look kindly upon everyone that you meet that it doesn't matter what people look like or where they're really from

2. Look at the upside the positive rather than the downside of those who looks different than us.

In My Opinion, i agree what Zamina said in the youtube video, We look the same, we might say no we don't look the same, and that's what makes our species so beautiful, so next time don't judge someone by where that person is from or where that person lives.

I have learned from the video that we don't judge the people by their physical form because sometimes the people that don't look like us will teach us the most that you maybe surprised.

There is a persistent disdain for students' voices, for example in the education system, which assumes that young students have no say in what they learn or how they learn it, but that students are expected to absorb it all and be able to run the world one day because they are teenagers, and still 17 years old

In My Opinion, i agree. The education system sometimes deprives 17 year olds of political rights, just because they are 17 years old. But Actually, what separates adults and teens intellectually? what is age? Teenagers are criticized all the time for having inventive ideas that are considered complicated, but the wise thing is actually collaborating the ideas of teenagers with those of adults, so our education system will improve dramatically, and teenage students will become care again with learning, because they know that their education is very important for them.

I have learned from the video that just because we're teenagers, doesn't mean we don't understand politics and just because you're an adult, doesn't mean you understand everything.

There is a dark side to us being considered a minority and the consequences of this perception affect us as Americans regardless of our racial background.

All high - income Asians make it easy to overlook the many Asian - Americans who are in dire need of finance.

Asian - Americans are often perceived as insufficiently American, no matter where we come from or how much we identify as American. we may feel that being asian & Americans is not a contradiction, but all this time the contradiction is in the minds of other people, how would we as a minority, if we are continuously seen as foreigners. What does that mean for our voices and politics?

The minority model isn't really about smart Asians or mathematicians. Race still matter. For asians and for all minorities and important for white people regardless of our culture, the backgrounds of us all have stories that are important to understanding the big picture of race relations in America.

In My Opinion, I agree with Alicia said in that Youtube Video, Don't let our identity be defined by stereotypes, because in the end, we can only progress as a multicultural society by acknowledging the validity of all our differences.

It takes the foundations of our identity such as our culture, traditions, origins, and religion and treats them like costumes. The practice of using make - up and prosthetics to make Non - Asian artist look like East Asians. 

It dehumanizes us, and it gives the idea that we are outsiders and we do not belong. There seems to be a refusal to see Asian Americans as completely perfect human beings with our own passions, desires, and lives.

At some point, when there is an intentional lack of inclusion, it becomes an exclusive. The trend in the mainstream media seems to be that we are not or are only involved in very minor role.

In my Opinion, I agree with David said, that we may see a performance from the ethnic background of the artist, because seeing a performance from another ethnic background (ethnic different from ours) with a plot that revolves around the life and experiences that we feel are all variations and flavors that make our country is so unique and diverse.
