This template offers plenty of space to write paragraphs detailing the strengths and weaknesses of the student and their is a definite section dedicated to recording the details of a meeting with the student's parents.

This template appears to place emphasis on the targets and goals for the student. As is stated in the IEP information poster, the IEP team use SMART goals to clearly define the goals and objectives for the student in question.

I think this is a suitable template for those of many different types of intelligences and learning styles.
