Aunt Alexandra is a mean and old-fashioned lady. She is the type of person that wants everything to be perfect. She believes a lot in heredity and doesn't think somethings just happen or are the way they are. She also thinks everyone has to be the "right" way like the girls act lady like and wear specific clothes or don't get dirty and things like that. She wants her family to live out their name. So she thinks she's kind of like the boss or head of the family because she keeps things straight.
