- Use online material and adapt it for your classes
- Try to disconnect once out of the work space
- If you feel like you are about to breakdown, STOP
- Find an activity to relieve the pressure
- Have a backup plan
- Have a night for yourself
- If possible get a class to do activities with the students (less planning)
- It's OK to say no sometimes!
- Have a life outside of teaching, friends, ect not related to teaching so you can disconnect
- Listen to music
- Take a bath
