No corporation or government will be allowed to collect U.S citizen internet data without a warrant. What the individual provide on the internet publicly with consent is the only information the government or the corporation of choice is able to use. Corporation will not be able to share user personal data with third-party without the user’s consent, and to ask for their permission they must state it clearly in the “Term & Condition” in the sign up page or in a paper document. 

This solution will be a long term, as it will last as long the internet will last. The solution will give people certainty that they are not being watch or listen to in their own home on their electronic devices. They put up the EU General Data Protection Regulation, to monitor if user data is being use unethically. Facebook and Instagram was found sharing data to third party, and Europe stated that they can not share user data with third party to make profit. Facebook and Instagram fought back by threatening that they would shut down in Europe, but the EU government could careless if they did.
