We work in a context typical of small towns. 800 students from Kindergarten - to Lower Secondary School with children 3-13 all from different social, cultural/economic groups. Open teams working on integrated projects: Citizenship, P.E, Music, Foreign Languages and Special Needs. Students from foreign countries numbers have increased, we have problems related to inclusion, job creation and economic growth. We are experienced in lots of Collaborative Project activities. We run different Etwinning projects related to Cultural Heritage and environment sustainability. We are part of a National Network “ASvIS” (Alleanza Nazionale per lo Sviluppo Sstenibile) created by the Tor Vergata University in Rome, whose aim is to raise awareness of the importance of the 2030 Agenda for sustainable development and to mobilise people in order to achieve the objectives in Italian society, economic entities and institutions of sustainable development. The Project team will be the contact person, and school projects coordinator (Secondary School), who has an English and Spanish degree; the Headmistress is graduated in Law and with many years of experience as a Primary school Teacher, good relations with Local Town Authorities; 2 teachers :good competences as digital animators of the school, organising ICT workshops for teachers of the school; 15 teachers with good skills in Humanistic/Scientific subjects, with many years of teaching experience; 8 graduate teachers (Secondary School) with wide ranging special needs skills needed for children with disabilities/disadvantages;4 teachers (Secondary School –Primary School) with Artistic and Physical Education skills who are involved in projects related to crafts, Art exhibitions, health/physical activities, tournaments; 6 graduated Teachers of Foreign Languages, English, French, Spanish (Secondary School –Primay School). The P.T. will be lead by the Principal of the school and the contact person/project coordinator. If one of the teachers or the contact person will leave the project he/she will be substituted by other teachers with the same competences to be able to carry on the project. The principal, with the support of the Project team, will substitute him/her. In the last few years our school has taken part in projects related to the environment and we, as teachers, have understood the importance of an outdoor methodooly to let the students know the environment and experiment their own skills in a more direct ant active way. At the same time we have realized that we need to share experiences with other schools to improve our metodologies.

Coding in today's digital world has become a basic requirement along with mathematics and literacy. Coding is best taught from an early age. The sooner children are introduced to concepts such as sequence, loops, and conditions, the better they absorb it. In our project, computer-free coding activities will be done first and then computer coding studies will be started.

To offer the opportunity to develop many skills that will be useful in all areas of life such as problem solving, communication, teamwork, planning, decision-making, evaluation, creativity and critical thinking, which are necessary for both today's and tomorrow's professions. It aims at coding studies by establishing a curriculum relationship and providing interdisciplinary transition.

The project also intends to find new possibilities for challenging experiences for highly gifted children to help them maximize their talents by paying attention to the ways they are educated in different countries in Europe. The aim of the project is to support and assess new approaches to reduce inequalities in the access and participation in digital technologies in education, to tackle any type of discrimination on the access to technology as well as facilitate the inclusion of girls in further studies and jobs related to ICT. Robotics and coding give also children with learning difficulties to prove their manual skills and thus help them experience success, pay special attention to those long-term biases and gender stereotypes that usually steer girls away from technology, to prevent and reduce inequalities in the access and participation in digital technologies in education.

Participants will be organized in teams according to their pupils´ age:

from 3 to 5 “LITTLE ........”

from 6 to 10 “.........
