Every organization has their own plan and creative ways on managing them. So, if an organization has a curdle and organized plan, we really believe that it reflects on how they control and manage the organization. What we see at the mirror of an organization reflects on its condition, status, and standards. Therefore, we conclude that on controlling the group, we can see the image of the status, standards, and condition of it.

JOHN LOYD M. TIBANG
MA. ISABEL R. JARQUIO
JERILLYN C. Upon hearing the report of the Controlling group we were enlightened but not too much. Cause the directing group is much far better than them. So for us, Concurrent control is a controlling technique in which monitors the behaviors of its subordinates to ensure that they are following the rules and right instructions. The observation must takes place during the actual time of the activity to prevent further errors on the products or services. So, all in all Concurrent Controlling is like God, you have been watched whatever you are doing.
