🌺It's a fact that women have always been underrepresented in leadership and power positions all around the world. Including women in power positions can bring another perspectives and experiences that most men probably aren't aware of. Having diversity of thought in any area is a huge advantage and benefits everyone. Also, having more women in power can serve as a role model and inspiration for future generations.

It´s important that there are women in power positions because they can give us points of view that perhaps men could not. Also, having more women in power positions makes everything more equal, giving women the same opportunities as men.

I believe that since we are children we all have to be shown that we must be brave, that we are not perfect, raise us, encourage us, and teach us regardless of our gender. Throughout history it has always been said that men were in the power, but we women are the same and more powerfull.

For me it's an excelent idea to have woman in position of power and teach girls to be brave, not perfect, because is important to live in a fair world without differences between men and women so that we all feel comfortable.

It is really important that society educates girls to be brave, so they aren't embarrased of their mistakes or scared of sharing their opinion, because everybody should be able to share what they think would be better to make the world a greater place. Although men have brilliant ideas, it is very sexist to ONLY consider their opinions, equality should be established. Women are brilliant people, and they have great potential in many careers. We would (and already) have many talented female workers, who, inspired by other brave women, would follow the same path and serve society in the same way men do. Women that are in position of power help by inspiring young girls that their effort to become someone important its worth it. They inspire them to not be afraid of being imperfect, by letting them know that they can be very powerful, and that everybody makes mistakes, even the breavest person alive.

I think that from a young age we should be teach
 to be brave and face our fears so that in the future we can do anything we set our minds to.
It is very important that women are in positions of power to be able to inspire girls and let them know that they are stronger than they think.
