         <description><![CDATA[<div>I am a very social person, and whenever my friends throw a party or have a game night, I go. Being around my friends makes me happy, which I think reflects what the book says: "Our ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with family, friends and co-workers contributes to our Social Wellness" (Goal Setting).  Through being around my friends, I am increasing my social wellness. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I am a very outdoors oriented person, and love hiking and canoeing. My family is very eco friendly, and we have a garden and compost our food in the back yard. We turn on heat and air conditioning only when we absolutely need it. I think this reflects the quote that says:&nbsp; "Environmental Wellness is the ability to recognize our own responsibility for the quality of the air, the water and the land that surrounds us" (Goal Setting). My family realizes this environmental wellness responsibility and acts on it. &nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I loved this quote in the textbook which describes physical wellness as&nbsp;"...the ability to maintain a healthy quality of life that allows us to get through our daily activities without undue fatigue or physical stress" (Goal Setting). I try to maintain a healthy lifestyle, and ride my bike, lift weights, do karate, and sometimes go to the gym. This really does help you become less tired through the day and helps your mood as well. I think my overall health status is really good, as I try to keep a balanced life. </div>]]></description>
