The American Unity Party or AUP for short is a centrist party focused on unity and political reform in the United States. There is such a great divide between republican and democrats that we are losing sight of us all being Americans! This party will bring everyone together and create an America with power and cohension that has never before been seen.

Based on a PEW RESEARCH CENTER survey conducted May 13-19,2024 an important aspects of Americans feeling safe in our country is our nuclear power. For this reason, we will not only put an increase on spending for nuclear weapons creation but vow to not let Iran create a nuke of their own.

Counter argument : we dont need to invest in nuculear wepaons because we already have ones strong enough to destroy the world. This is true but poeple have shown in surveys they feel safer with nuclear weapons.. also it is a great energy source.

Clean energy in 2028

A significant majority of Americans favor expanding renewable energy sources: 82% support more solar panel farms, and 75% support more wind turbine farms. Due to this we will increase the developemnt of these along with nuculear energy sources. America will have the cleanest strongest energy source out of any country by far!

New Economic opportunities and tax cuts

We will invest in trade schools in America. "30% of U.S workers report needing more education and training to advance in their careers." (PEW) More opportunities for "on job learning." because "Among blue-collar workers needing additional training, only 17% prefer formal education, while 32% favor on-the-job learning and 28% prefer certificate programs." Also a new tax credit for local businesses hiring local workers and receiving products locally.

Counterargument : trade schools do not need new investments becuase they are already working. This is true, but trades are becoming more and more important so it will be worth the investment

Food Relief for those in need.

According to the NASA website (2024) NASA recieves 25-30 billion dollars in government funding annually. With this money they contract private companies like spaceX and Blue Orbit... We will change the policy to not allow this, cut the budget by 15% and use that money for food relief in the U.S

Counterargument : space travel is neccecary and creates many innovations... This is true but private companies should be funded independently and space can still be expored through goverment and private operations still.

How will we get voters?

We will gain voters by doing conferences and rallys all over the world expressing our party goals of unity, world power, and a safer and healthier United States
