School stresses me out because my parents expect me to get good grades and it puts a lot of pressure on me. But it helps me do good in school even if it may be hard at some points.6/10

Pineapples stress me out because I will be scared to death if I see a Pineapple. and any form of calmness you see in me when I am near a Pineapple is fake. They scare me because when I was in the third grade a Pineapple fell on my face and it punched out a loose tooth. Bad stress 1/10

When I or someone else feels unwell I jump to the worst possible scenario, and it stresses me out for the entire time. This is a bad stress becuase it makes me paranoid. 1/10

Family

During the summer of 2023, my sister age of 6, fell extremely ill and was hospitalized for 1 entire month. She is still very vulnerable and sometimes is sent to the hospital because of any fever. This is bad stress.2/10

Social Media

During the summer break my friends posted having fun while I was in my aunt and uncles. People portray a perfect life and I compare it to mine, and it lowers my self-esteem.

Coping with school

I get up and walk around to give my mind a break. Sometimes the work can be overwhelming. I need to take a break and I do this by stepping away for a moment.

I visit the person a lot and check on their condition in an attempt to stay positive. Or I simply try not to think about it too much.

It is hard to balance my Sunday school homework with my actual school homework and it gives me less time for myself. I rate this stress a 4/10. bad stress.

Walking in my Hero shoes

My hero is my dad because he works very hard to give me what I want, and I respect that because it is not easy sometimes. He works very hard, and it would be very difficult to walk in his shoes. Because of constant work hours and annoying complaints.

Coping with Sunday School

I set time periods for myself to give myself time to complete my work and keep the life of an average child. I always remind myself that I am still a kid and I should enjoy this time

My friend's hangout without me and it makes me feel left out and when they post it online. It really stings knowing that they excluded me.

I look back at the memory's I have had with my friends and try to think that they probably feel the same way sometimes. It is understandable that I am excluded sometimes. but it feels like it only happens to me, so I try to take my mind off of it.
