Its been harmful to the black community because this affects the way these men view themselves but also how our community views them and what we expect from black man. Some have been pushed into rapping or basketball just to fit into society because this is what society expects from them. So when we see successful black doctor, engineer, astronaut, governor. People will have a hard time believing that black man can do  more than just sports and music. </div>]]></description>

Sizzle Media (a tool that she suggests people use) is trend and a tool that black men can use to tell the story of what they're lives are really like. Traits like: being a good student, being a caring mother, being a "happy family", being a present father, being a spoiled [black] child, being rich and established; and any traits commonly portrayed through white people, are &lt;normal&gt; (and can &lt;be&gt; normalized) in the Black community too</div>]]></description>
