  • Clients are required to have the necessary replacement parts available for the service. If the client does not have the parts on hand, RMS can supply the required components prior to the scheduled home visit; however, the cost of these parts will be billed separately and must be settled in addition to the service fee.

Staffing

• 2–3 Technicians

  • Qualifications: Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.

  • Ability to install and configure operating systems (Windows/MacOS)

  • Knowledge of assembling/disassembling desktops and replacing laptop components.

  • Understanding of printers, scanners, and basic peripheral setup.

  • Has basic knowledge with networking setup and installation.

  • Completed Certification is a PLUS but not necessary.

  • PASSION FOR ANYTHING THAT IS RELATED TO COMPUTER.

  • Knows how to drive motorcycle or manual / automatic car is a plus but not necessary.

• 1 Social Media Manager

  • Qualifications: Skilled in digital marketing, graphics, content creation, and ad management.

• 1 Video Editor

  • Qualifications: Skills & Knowledge:

    • Basic knowledge of video editing software

    • Understanding of video formats, resolutions, and social media requirements (FB, TikTok, YT, IG).

• NOTE: Upon successful onboarding, the company will issue a starter kit to the employee, which includes an official company polo or t-shirt, a company identification card, and a copy of the signed employment contract.

• ₱501.00 rate per day if there is service booked.

• Payout is by weekly / 15th and 30th / monthly

• Technician Cut Per Service

  • 30/70 split for every appointment (30% goes to technician, 70% to company).

Once the company progress:

• Technicians (monthly): ₱12,000 – ₱18,000 base + service cut.
