         <description><![CDATA[<p>Lacking concentration during work hours of workers has a variety of detrimental effects on the work efficiency. First, working process will be slowered. For example, if a lawyer spends time on multitasking instead of monotasking, it will take he or she a long period of time to completely finish the work progress. As a result, the team performance is easy to be negatively affected, leading to more and more conflicts and arguments between colleagues. Second, the number of mistakes made at work will mount up significantly due to the low concentration level of employees. For instance, a doctor who is always affected by distractors will definitely give the inaccurate diagnosis. </p>]]></description>
