Dreadful, dcc are much worse now and you have done nothing to prevent what is now full blown meltdown of services!

You need to improve the accessibility of all your communications. Have you taken advice on how people with a visual impairment can access this wall for instance?

You are doing great work and we all appreciate the time offered by the volunteers. Perhaps there could be a Question of the Week on the issues raised by the ITV whistleblower, particularly around council attitudes, communication, transparency, and relationships with families. It would be helpful to understand whether these concerns are shared more widely and use that feedback to inform improvements.
