    • From what I see it looks like we are choosing a phenomenological theory, which is the topic for week 6, as well as the historical context and contemporary issues relating to it. According to the syllabus this is all found in RCC Ch. 11. 
    • Describe the theory and how it can be applied to the individuals/circumstances of Legacy.  Be sure to identify all members of the family and any individuals important to them when discussing your application of the theory; then address context.
    • Describe whether or not the theory is still relevant for today’s social workers (how so, why not, etc.)
    • Discuss how the theory informs our practice and whether it can be applied at both the micro and macro levels of practice
    • And presentations should include 2 – 3 discussion questions for the class to address (focus on critical thinking).  
    • All members are responsible for monitoring the discussion board for any comments/questions once they submit their teaching assignment.  All group members must participate and respond to any comments/questions posted.
    • The presentation should be about 30 minutes and recorded on a program like zoom.
