Which date do you count as the so called "expiration date" - the date of examination or the date of issuing the certificate, as in my case it will matter? [Is there a way to send a copy of the certificate before the 2nd round of examination or is it compulsory to be after passing the 2nd stage of the admission exams?] - narrow window of opportunity
