My name is Arhanudri Damar Dirgantara. I am an OJT in the Avsec section at Adi Soemarmo Solo Airport. I was an OJT for two months. My OJT experience was meeting many famous people such as Jokowi, Anis, Ahmad Dhani, Bobon Santoso, and Xaviera Putri. At the airport, I gained knowledge such as checking people with HMD devices, checking cars with mirrors, and checking tickets in front of the departure gate. For an unpleasant experience at Solo Airport, it was a delay. I once experienced a Citilink flight being delayed at half past twelve at night. There I can learn about the world of work.

During my internship in the airport's passenger service department. I learned how to serve passengers in a friendly and professional manner. Sometimes I met foreign passengers, which helped me practice my English communication skills.

Overall, the internship in passenger service was very valuable and motivated me to pursue a career in aviation I observed and assisted with baggage labeling at check-in, document inspection, and handling of retained baggage. From this experience, I understand the importance of accuracy, discipline, and good communication with passengers. This internship provided a real-life glimpse into the world of work in aviation services Thank You.

Hello everyone, my name is Reisya Ninda Mundwifani, usually called ECA. Here, I'll share a little about my OJT experience yesterday at PT. Kokapura Avia. From yesterday's OJT, I was able to improve my work skills, including putting labels, moving wheelchairs, checking in tickets, and so on. I was very happy. I was able to gain experience at the airport, but there were also some downsides. The most exciting part of yesterday's OJT was getting tips from passengers, buying salted caramel coffee, and most importantly, staying in the garden. Yesterday's OJT really enhanced my experience. My job is to help push passengers' luggage into the X-ray machine and check passengers' tickets at the arrival gate. If there is a group of Umrah pilgrims, I confiscate any items that are prohibited from being brought onto the plane.

My experience has been in understanding operational tasks and functions in the field. During this OJT, I was placed in the Apron Movement Control (AMC) section, responsible for regulating aircraft and vehicle movements on the apron and coordinating airside operations.

and I can understand the roles and responsibilities of the AMC unit in supporting the safety and smooth operation of the airport.

Through this internship, I've broadened my knowledge, expanded my network, and developed a clearer picture of what I want to achieve in the future. I hope I can easily realize my dreams in the future.

We conducted on-the-job training for 2 months. For 2 months, we were assigned to different locations and shifts, for example, at check-in, gate, and LL. Check-in is where passengers can print boarding passes and change seats. The gate is where passengers will line up before being allowed to board the plane. The gate is also useful for identifying whether the passenger is departing or not. LL or lost and found is where passengers can claim their baggage, where passengers can also report lost or damaged baggage.

The two months went by really fast because the place was comfortable. Many work partners were kind and always helped me. Their support made me feel like I truly belonged and that made everyday easier to overcome, I'm very thankful for all the lessons they gave me. No matter how many times people ask me, I'm certain that I want to continue working at the airport in the future.

From this OJT experience, I made many friends and gained experience working both in the office and at the airport. During my OJT at the Angkasa Pura Support Office, I recorded APS employees, checked attendance, and other tasks. During my OJT at Adisutjipto Airport, I was tasked with scanning boarding passes and checking the number of passengers on boarding airlines, among other tasks. From this experience, I realized the importance of discipline, communication, and sensitivity. That's all for my OJT experience. Thank you.

Moreover, it helped me train myself to be confident, not afraid of people, and learn public speaking.

At first, I wasn't sure of myself, but I had to overcome my fear and lack of confidence. And yes, I succeeded in the second month, and I immediately guided guests with different personalities. In the beginning, I was a bit confused about how to handle them, but eventually, I was able to create an engaging atmosphere during the tour, and I really enjoyed it. It really energized me every time I met my guests there.

Two months ago, I participated in on-the-job training at PT. Kokapura Avia at Yogyakarta International Airport. I was assigned to the gate and lost and found sections.

The first month, in July, I was assigned to the gate. My duties there included assisting seniors with boarding passengers, such as tearing boarding passes, labeling sweeping baggage, and assisting with special passenger handling.

Then, in the second month, in August, I was transferred to the lost and found section, where I was tasked with handling lost, damaged, or left-behind baggage, as well as random checks.

There, I gained a wealth of new knowledge and experience I hadn't had before. I believe this on-the-job training can hone our performance skills. In addition to broadening our horizons, it also helps us understand how we work.

Hello everyone My name is Dina Pratiwi. Yesterday I did OJT at Adi Soemarmo Airport Solo, at PT Gapura, in the Pasasi section. There I was assigned to the check-in counter, gate and lost and found and if there was a whillcare going down or up I was assigned to push. I underwent OJT for two months. During OJT, I received some materials from my supervisor. I really enjoyed OJT at Gapura because I met many new people and gained a lot of experience. There were also many twists and turns that I faced during OJT, such as waiting for delayed flights and often dealing with stubborn passengers. However, with that, I realized that working in the real field is my experience during OJT. Thank you.
