         <description><![CDATA[<div>An unhealthy diet can greatly affect our lives.<br><br>Unhealthy diet is a major problem  that's a lot of people suffer from.  Where a lot of people follow this diet without knowing the consequences.  And the reason why people follow unhealthy diet is because they want to lose weight very quickly but unfortunately it kills them . this is the This is the reason why I decide to choose this topic. So the main three problems are  . dehydration and water loss This diet does not guarantee the loss of excess body fat Because it occurs on the loss of water from the body and the breakdown of important muscles Fat remains as it is in the body, which leads to fatigue and rapid mood changes .the  second problem is. Eating fewer calories than the body needs  which causes low blood sugar and leads to cravings for unhealthy food to fill hunger. Sometimes it causes loss of consciousness .the last problem is Loss of many minerals and vitamins  that important to the body Which lead to headache. To  summarize those three problems can affect both mentally and physically in your life .<br><br><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>‘’The perfect mind in healthy body ‘’<br><br>An unhealthy diet is defined as diets that marketed as the best and fastest way to lose weight, and some of these diets depend on preventing the intake of certain foods that contain essential nutrients necessary to maintain good health. Unhealthy diets have many devastating health effects. And there are many solutions for unhealthy diets. The first solution to an unhealthy diet is to follow an integrated healthy diet that contains all nutrients necessary for growth, therefore, it is recommended to follow diets based on a balance between proteins, carbohydrates, and other elements instead of following unhealthy diets. Secondly, water should be part of the diet because water is suitable for all body functions. The third solution is to balance the calories and count them daily, and we must calculate them according to height and weight. In the end, we must take care of our health and take vitamins to have a healthy body and a healthy life, ‘the perfect mind in healthy body .</div>]]></description>

Eating unhealthy foods has many negative effects on the human body and shape. First, it increases a person’s weight and leads to bloating. Second, it can cause chronic diseases such as diabetes and heart disease. Third, obesity leads to weak immunity and can also lead to poisoning in some cases. Eating unhealthy food results in many risks to the body, such as malnutrition. This results in a vitamin C deficiency. Vitamin C deficiency often occurs from ignoring the consumption of vegetables, fruits and healthy foods. A person's dependence on eating carbohydrates, fats and hydrogenated oils. In my opinion, it has a lot of negative effects on society. For example, it reduces productivity in work and social life, and also reduces the level of the individual in the work assigned to him. It also leads to physical and psychological diseases. And a material cost to the state for the sick individual, and the individual who suffers from obesity has a lack of awareness and makes the individuals around him to the same condition. In conclusion, advise all people to stay away from unhealthy food and excess obesity and eat healthy food to maintain a healthy body and do exercise.</div>]]></description>
