         <description><![CDATA[<div>My personal opinion is that this is a great diet for people who want to lose weight. One thing I really like about this diet is that you can take a break for one day and eat whatever you want. Some diets don't let you do that. Also, I like the fact that there are different foods that go with this diet. I would totally recommend this diet to someone who's trying to lose weight and get more fit.</div>]]></description>
