Step 2:get two balloons,don't blow then up and has to be the same color

Step 3:open the pop rocks

Step 4: Pour the first pack of pop rocks into the balloon

Step 5:pour the second pack of the pop rocks into the balloon
Step 6:open the soda
Step 7:put the part of the balloon that blows up on the on the top of the balloon
Step 8:hold up both balloon,so that the pop rocks go inside the soda(make sure all the pop rocks go inside of the balloon)
Step 9:watch as the soda balloons fill up
