He took that badly and started being a bad seed, but he decided to grow from his challenges and be a good seed.

In the book The Bad Seed it states,"... I felt OK. But something had changed in me. I'd become a different seed entirely." The book also states,"I've decided I don't want to be a bad seed anymore.
