         <description><![CDATA[<ol start="3"><li><p>A practice that I'll committ is to ensure follow the reccomended protocol for regulating (while also remaining regulated myself, deep breaths using the ballon method is something I use with students , and short breaths in counts is something I try to remember to use for myself in various scenarios to stay calm ). supporting children in calming or soothing their survival brain is always my first response when I observe escaled behaviors.</p></li></ol>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<ol start="2"><li><p>Multiple Means of Engagement </p><p>To make the lesson feel personally relelvant and build community around the topic I'd incorporate the follwing scaffold :<br>Before the inquiry portion of the lesson or investigation I'd have students complete a connection poll digitally using google forms : </p><ul><li><p>How often do you use TikTok?</p></li><li><p>What kinds of videos or creators do you follow?</p></li><li><p>How might TikTok be different if it were owned by an American company?</p></li></ul><p>I'd then share results to highlight common thoughts and contending ideas </p></li></ol><ol start="2"><li><p>Multiple Means of Representation </p><p>Create and present context framing using a timeline graphic. Goal of the visual would be to ensure that students can see the cause and effect relationship and big ideas . </p><p><br/></p></li></ol>]]></description>
