Of course not because as Lysander said "the course of true love never did run smooth" so basically it's not considered true love nor love in general because Demetrius is forced to love a woman that he never liked and Helena believes she lives with a man who loves her yet he doesn't care about her nor does he love her so they live in a complete lie

Demetrius will always be forced it’s like a forever chain around his whole life. No it’s not okay because at somepoint the love potion will disappear by itself or something will happen that will remove it, at this time helena will be broken because love has dissapeared in a moment from her life. Or from another way helena will just get bored from the overly reacted love and passion

Demetrius is forced to love Helena for the rest of his life, never will choose whether to love her or not by his own free will (without magic). it's not okay for Helena never knowing, living a life filled with delusions is quiet a dangerous way of life and is a life not worth living. it's better to live a life of reality filled with consequences than a life based on delusions believing there are no consequences because the longer the delusion remains, the more severe the consequences will be when the delusion is inevitably broken.
