         <description><![CDATA[<div>Company: Uber<br>Social media: Instagram<br>Uber have created many Instagram accounts like @uber, @ubereats and seperate accounts for each country(@uber_sing in our case).<br><br>Uber often links its posts to its bio, which states its vision. Every official Uber account has a unique vision statement relating to the specific service/product that account is representing. For example, @uber’s vision is “Putting the world within reach.”, @uber_sing’s is “Imagine a world with fewer, fuller cars.” and @ubereats’ is “Get the food you want, from the restaurants you love, delivered at Uber speed.” <br><br>Uber likes to market its services and products not just through directly promoting with pictures of them but by telling stories as well. <br>@uber_sing is currently spreading a campaign video showing peoople wearing carton boxes and moving around the city, depicting Singapore’s future as having very crowded roads . <br><br>Uber partners with influencers all around the world like actors/actresses, youtubers, bloggers etc. who post this video along with a picture of themselves holding a paper with “less cars, more ____” written on it, with ______ being things that they treasure like gardens and playgrounds. The influencers also come out with funny/relatable/touching captions about their personal experiences/thoughts on the rising number of cars and encouraging lesser cars to be on the road (i.e. sharing cars through uber car sharing). They use hashtags like #ridetogether and #unlocksingapore, which are the hashtags for this campaign by Uber.<br><br>The current stats for Uber Instagram presence is:<br>- @uber (636k followers, 582 posts)<br>- @uber_sing (24.6k follower, 926 posts)<br>- @ubereats (124k followers, 755 posts</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Company : Lazada<br>Social Media : Facebook<br><br>Lazada uses Facebook as one of their social media marketing platforms. Reason being, they recognized Facebook’s extensive reach in Southeast Asia. By used unpublished Page post photo ads and Page post link ad, they managed to reach large audiences at a low cost. <br><br></div><div>Furthermore, to reach new customers, they made use of custom and lookalike audiences to identify customers who had not previously purchased products with them and customize promotions to encourage new sign-ups. To make it easy for customers to make purchase decisions, they have also started live streaming media events. </div><div><br> </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Company: Colourpop<br>Social Media: Youtube &amp; Youtube makeup artists (Influencer marketing)<br><br>The company turned towards a new, innovative strategy: influencer marketing through social media.<br><br>Makeup lovers are familiar with big name influencers such as NikkieTutorials, Jaclyn Hill, KathleenLights, among others. Colourpop utilizes these influencers by creating makeup collections with them‒with one of the first being KathleenLights‒to make itself appear reliable. <strong>This not only promotes Colourpop, but it gives credibility to social media makeup artists,</strong> encouraging their acceptance of these collaborations where they (supposedly) play a large role in the creation of their collection’s products.<br><br>Youtube allows influencers to use Colourpop products within their tutorials without blatantly shoving their usage in consumers’ faces, which may potentially detract them from buying the product.
