At home, everyone really likes it when I do it. My husband Valdo, always asks to make it for dinner, at least once a month at home.
We call it "easy family Stroganoff". It's a meat stroganoff, where we add some vegetables (broccoli, carrots, potatoes and peas), cut into cubes. It may even seem a little strange, but it turns out really good, and it works out super well in the end. The family and Valdo love this recipe.
For dessert, I also prepare a typically Pará cupuaçu mousse. where we buy the fruit at the Ver o Peso fair, which is on Avenida Boulevard Castilho França. If you want, I can send you the recipe for the mousse too"?!

I think a really great option is to make some homemade burgers! My friends and I like to make these when we have dinner parties. So you’ll need 1kg of minced meat, some seasonings, garlic, onions, scallion, and others that you may like. You also need burger buns and cheese. If you like salad you can also use tomatoes and lettuce, I personally only use tomatoes, I don’t really like lettuce in the burger. And to finish you need ketchup and mayonnaise or any other sauces that you find tasty. Now just enjoy the party and the delicious burgers!
