         <description><![CDATA[<div>Strategy 1: No longer have out-of-classroom seminar coach, but Dr. Haddy supports 11th and 12th grade with college readiness and application.&nbsp;We do have a shared cirriculum in place across all grade levels. Teachers also work with newcomer student in specialized support group during seminar. <br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Our group feels like we have a ways to go in really embedding MLG into our school. We say we do it, but we need check ins on it, we need updated PD on it, and we have a lot of new staff who haven't done the training. Even those who have done it, it seems like we agree more training to refresh their knowledge and be constantly improving. Our mastery grading feels "haphazard" and inconsistent. Despite being certified, I personally don't feel confident in knowing how to do it well. I don't know how to restructure my class so that it's always just cycling when it's not just a skill, but also content. We also need more group data monitoring as grade levels&nbsp;to perhaps make our grading more consistent across the board.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Prior to the pandemic, English team had begun to vertically align research paper expectations, SLP had begun a gradual release of responsibility for service projects, and had held senior presentations to students. Due to pandemic and staff turnover, many of these efforts have been interrupted however we have continued to implement SLPs within umbrella topics.   </div>]]></description>
