Teachers also work with newcomer student in specialized support group during seminar.

We say we do it, but we need check ins on it, we need updated PD on it, and we have a lot of new staff who haven't done the training. Even those who have done it, it seems like we agree more training to refresh their knowledge and be constantly improving. Our mastery grading feels "haphazard" and inconsistent. Despite being certified, I personally don't feel confident in knowing how to do it well. I don't know how to restructure my class so that it's always just cycling when it's not just a skill, but also content.
