         <title>4 Groups that would take part in land based activities</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Lets start of with what land based activities involve. They involve a wide range of skills and confidence to help you develop in the future. it brings the community together to learn new skills.<br><br>For example my first activity is skiing There are many types of this activity such as People doing skiing for skills such as balance. and some people even do it for entertainment or hobbies. The key part of this activity is to see what you can do and what you can achieve. The key part i would say is skills needed, You learn a  variety of skills such as/ Weight distribution/ stability/pressure control/movement. these are what everyone can learn. this is why its a key part in skiing because you learn different skills. For skiing equipment is needed to keep you safe. This includes Warm thick coat/Helmet/skiing sticks and skis. gloves. Although skiing sounds fun. there are some restrictions. For example. people in wheel chairs are physically unable to do this activity and they don't have the power to outgo these skills that are needed for skiing. Skiing is very common is different countries such as Switzerland France Canada and cold countries with mountains. People who are willing to go skiing can go. These people are students, families, and Olympics on tv that has extreme training and skills. that would take time to learn. however you have the ability to learn because learning is the ability 5o learn new things.</div>]]></description>

         <title>Caving</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>My second activity is Caving. Lets start of with what caving means. Caving is the recreational pastime exploring wild cave system, So its people who go into caves and explore. some caving can be dangerous . however there are some entertainment venues which can go caving safely. There are many skills needed for caving. These include,Stoopway techniques, chimneying, read a cave map. These are all very important skills you need. you should learn these before doing it. Do not attempt going into a cave in you are not professional. There are many people that can can caving these people are students- individuals- Thrill seekers and there are many different groups you can go with. there is this official group called BCA otherwise British Caving clubs which is a group activity where you can go caving legally and professionally with the safety of the staff, this is a member only group however they have multiple locations and dates where you can go so its totally worth it. There are many reasons why people go caving. Its because people want to experience new things. And its for people who want to go out of there comfort zone. Anybody can go caving if there up to the challenge this includes old aged people students. mid aged and people who want to give it a go. There are many locations for this. such as torquay, morgate, and porth yr o gof. Caving is the enjoyment of the outdoor activity or for physical exercise.          <title>Hiking </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Hiking is a challenging walk where an individual or a group has to walk for miles and hours. Most likely with heavy equipment such as hiking bag and a tent. Some hiking can be overnight. And can be quite difficult to complete. You have to use orientation skills and map reading skills these are important because we live in a big world so you cant get lost. Hiking uses a lot of skills so you necessarily need good skills. You can go hiking with anyone who is capable of doing it. The key part of the activity is to go to each checkpoint without getting lost. The equipment needed is a hiking bag medical kit and a coat. with walking boots these will help make the walk easier. in my opinion this can be quite dangerous if you don't know how to use a map or a compass because one wrong turn can make the journey longer and you can panic. Be Prepared Be Alert. Download apps such as WHAT3WORDS so if you get lost. The rescue team know exactly where you are. To remain fit and have a healthy lifestyle.<br>Hiking is a natural thing that mother nature has given s there are thousands of locations in the uk where you can go hiking<br>1- Horton in ribblesdale is my personnel favorite. there is 2 hills you climb which fulfill your max potential. This place also puts your map reading to the test, so no its not all about fitness you can use your map reading skills to be able to direct yourself. That takes a lot of skills to be able to complete the task. skiing can be done by most people however the younger generation do it mostly. Different variations get used on this exercise such as it being basic transport.. A recreational activity and even a competitive Olympics sports which you may have seen on television on the Olympic sports this is good use for marketing because it promotes what the activity is. also adverts are good aswell you might see some adverts of television on chill factor promoting there business. Why do people go skiing- People go for exercise. and people go for entertainment.as a group you can take the views in together and all aside a good day out. You might like skiing so therefore you might go again. No you don't have to fly aboard to go up a mountain in fact there is multiple indoor skiing resorts in the<br>&nbsp;uk that rent gear for you such as skis. These have multiple<br>&nbsp;good reviews because people love going. The nearest&nbsp; location is Manchester and its called. Chill Factor. Skiing is such a adrenaline rush at all ability levels and some people love that feeling so they repeat it there aim is to get confident in doing these things and open minded to do more activities like this in the future. Its technically a way to open doors to further and better opportunities for people who want to take the next step who want to go out and explore this is there aim.&nbsp; To be able to enjoy skiing you don't have to be good it takes a lot of practice.          <title>Rock Climbing </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Lets start of with what rock climbing is. Rock-climbing is a sports in which participants climb up or down. Different rocks. Can be an actual rock. or a man made one usually in entertainment centers. The main goal is to reach the summit or formation of the rock by using all your energy and orienteering skills. without falling. Falling so the safety rope catches you. Yes it is a safe exercise to do and there's many different safety things such as a rope harness and a helmet. Even the National health service recommends rock-climbing and in there words. Climbing involves a high level of concentration as well as physical exercise which helps keep you focused =, clears your mind of outside worries and builds your confident and self esteem alleviating the symptoms of mental health which this would help not cure them but lock them away because you aren't thinking about it. Also its a way to help get rid of fears such as fear of heights this is a way to overcome that. NO you don't have to go to&nbsp; a mountain. However there's some indoor locations such as . ZIP world in north wales. Which has a man made climbing frame.&nbsp; Rock Climbing appeals to people of all ages and skill levels not just elite athletics. For example Redbull sponsered a climbing activity at Varzacsa Dam located in Switzerland where people such as students-Old Aged people-Thrill seekers had the chance to climb this natural mountain as apart of&nbsp; challenge.
