         <description><![CDATA[<div>Teachers and coaches should be explicit in their communication and make sure they know exactly what is expected in order to better guide.<br>The coach and the teacher need to be clear on what strategies or specific points the teacher wants help/support with as well as how much interaction the coach will have with the teacher throughout the lesson.<br>For example, if a coach is observing a lesson and is asked how to explain something differently without any prior knowledge that the teacher would ask this question, then the coach is not prepared to provide the adequate feedback.<br><br></div>]]></description>
