From my point of view, I think that Sunway Berhad can engage a headhunting company as a new way of recruitment and selection for their organization. Headhunting (also known as Executive Search) is the process of recruiting experienced individuals to fill executive positions in organisations. Executive search may be performed by an organization’s board of directors, by executives in the organisation, or by an outside executive search organisation. By engaging a headhunting company, Sunway Berhad can also keep a low profile to prevent other companies or competitors from knowing that they are recruiting especially for key positions. Besides that, one of the main advantage of engaging headhunters is that it helps to expedite the shortlisting of suitable candidates and arrange interview sessions with Sunway Berhad. In addition to that, headhunting company helps Sunway Berhad to meet the challenge of global workforce flexibility by providing staffing solutions which are not only innovative and effective, but which are, above all, tailored to the needs of Sunway Berhad. 

In my opinion, I think that Sunway Berhad can also participate or organize job fairs as a new way of recruitment and selection for their organization. A job fair, also referred commonly as a career fair or career expo, is speed dating for companies and professionals job seekers. A job fair is an event in which employers, recruiters, and schools give information to potential employees. Job seekers attend these while trying to make a good impression to potential coworkers by speaking face-to-face with one another, filling out resumes, and asking questions in an attempt to get a good feel on the work needed. Likewise, online job fairs are held, giving job seekers another way to get in contact with probable employers using the internet.
