Since I had worked in Subway last year at Subway Auto City . So, I started to serve customer in front line in first day. Today my working hour is 9am to 5pm (middle shift).
The job scopes work in Subway are prepare meat, vegetables, serve customer with their need, make sure freshness of the meat and the vegetables and take care of the cleanliness in outlet.

Every time before punch out, we have to check the meat, vegetables and sauce to make sure they are full or half and above.  
Beside that, we also have to sweep and mop the floor before punch out.

We have few steps to wash the grease trap, we need to follow it to make sure the grease trap is clean. The estimate time for cleaning the grease trap is around half and hour per person. 
We have a timetable for washing the grease trap. The grease trap have to wash everyday.
