1. Write down BOTH your names, first and last names. 2. Then, in complete sentences, thoughtfully answer the following: Besides not literally killing Doodle, in complete sentences, explain how a judge might justify that Doodle's parents are NOT GUILTY of Doodle's death.

Doodle had a condition that no one could control and they thought he was going to die anyways. His fragile skin made it impossible to really let doodle do anything but, big brother forced him to walk, run, swim etc. When doodle died there was no real way to stop this and the parents were not even near doodle when he died if anyone it's big brother. Even though big brother did not actually kill doodle

The parents weren't with Doodle and his brother. Therefore they couldn't prevent or help Doodle out of the situation. Doodle was bound to die one day and there was nothing really anyone can do about it. His brother knew if he kept pushing him the way he was, then one day he would push him too far and it would be too late and that's what his brother did. If anyone is being charged with anything it would be his brother for abandoning a kid with special needs and poor treatment.

A judge could not justify his parents because it is not really their fault. Doodle was born with a condition that didn't allow him to really go outside and be a normal kid. During the storm, Doodle was killed because of the hard rain and harsh wind. Technically, it was the parents fault for they should have been watching him. Nothing went wrong in the past, when Doodle was being watched by his older brother, but this storm in particular, and other events I'm sure, effected Doodle in a severe manner. His condition killed him, there's no one at fault, so to say. It was bound to happen one day if the older brother kept training him and being too harsh with him. In conclusion, Doodle's parents are not guilty of his death, because of the reasons above.
