         <description><![CDATA[<div>I have an US/VA Honors History Student who has not completed a Quarter Assessment but is currently receiving documented medical attention for a concussion.  The student presently earns an "A" but former teachers report her propensity towards manipulating due dates to ensure high test results.  She merits empathy, regardless.  ________________________________    In the movement towards Problem-based Based Learning exercises, the criteria used within established rubrics grants excessive teacher interpretation for demonstrated student achievement; I don't empathize with colleagues who don't share my standards of performance.</div>]]></description>
