Action: I try and keep a good attitude but sometimes it's hard

Results: I get sad a lot of the time because me and my friends are all on different paths and we don't see each other every day like we used to.

Results: my body is healthier physically and mentally

Believe: You can make people feel happy by just visiting more and checking up on them more.

Action: I always make sure to call her at least once a week.

Results: She's happier and her health has gotten better.

Believe: People don't realize how their actions can seriously affect someone else.

Action: I'm never going to let my life to get to that point without asking for help.

Result: I'm more aware of my surroundings when I drive

Replace: We all will have a memory of our friends, and we can look back and cherish those.

Benefit: It can help me to look back and think about the good memories instead of thinking how it's over.
