The questions that we have answered were:

1 Can you control your emotions well? How?

2 Are you generally a positive person or a negative person?

3 What makes you feel very good?

1 The conclusion for the first one was that all of us can control our emotions, but they are moments that we can exploit.

2 We are different persons, for this reason this question was really subjective but anyway Andrés and Valentina are more realistic, that don´t say that they always are negative. And in my case, I´m really a positive person.
3 For this question, Brayan said that he feels good when he learn new things and also when he makes exercise, at the same way Andrés said that he feels good when he learn new things, and Valentina feels good when she listens to music, its trasmits her a big energy for do anything.

In conclusion, each one have things that motivate us for feel good and its important for keep good with ourselves and the others

We try to understand our different points of view, understand how other people can view different things that each one sees. Surprisingly we have common points of view in different questions.

1. Can you control your emotions well? How?

We try that the different feelings don't take the control and becoming to understand how to take the control.

2. What is a crime of passion? Can you understand why feelings could cause someone to commit a crime?
We are agreeing that the obsession is the begin of bad and dangerous things, for the person that feel obsessed and people around them.

3. Is sadness a bad feeling? Are there good types of sadness and bad types of sadness? Give an example if you can.

We talk about the scene in Inside Out, went the girl feel sad and happy at the same time because she remembers her friends and happy moments in another house. And maybe for that we think that all people have good type of sadness went you remember your happy moments.

By Nicholle - Zayda - Cristian.

After that all members of our grupo finish to chek the website, We came to the conclusion. That the questions are related to the topic discussed in class, which is about what feelings are like, what is their impact or relevance in our lives. And finally learn to control them due to their influence in our day to day. Questions like:

1. Can you control your emotions well? How?
Be aware of how we feel and try to control them in our lives so as not to get carried away by those emotional impulses

2. What is the best way to deal with feelings of anger?

Leaving your house to walk, distract yourself, eat something delicious, or do something you like. These are tips that we consider important to calm your anger.

3. Can you read another person's emotions? Can you easily tell how other people are feeling? How useful is this ability?

For this question, it depends on the person. But we believe that it is not difficult to read people's emotions, observe their behavior or the things they say and do. It can give us an idea about how your mood is. And it is important because it can give us an impression about that person and an opportunity to help him feel better.

In conclusion, feelings are something innate among us, and that although it helps us to express our subjective perceptions. We must be careful with them because they are formed independently and can lead us to make decisions which can be detrimental to our future.

By: (Sebastián Morales, Viviana Daza, Laura, Simón Gutierrez)
