Victor was brought to court and found guilty being responsible for the murder. The court determined the monster to be a programed hitman for victor even though those weren’t his intentions…

The courts seem to think Victor created the monster to carry out murders without himself being at fault. Even though these weren’t Victors intentions he set himself up for this as soon as he turned his head to his creation. No, but this leads me to the question does the creature have a concious equivilat to ours? I believe yes, even though the monster was created it can still think and contemplate thoughts. Conciousness requires information to be stored for example in a brain. The monster was reborn with a brain and therefore a conciousness, the fictional part of this is that it’s impossible to bring a dead brain back to life. If it was possible the cration would have all the previous thoughts and personality traits from the chosen brain put into the blank body. In conculsion it takes a brain with billions of neurons and the abilitiy to contemplate intelectual thought to precive conciousness.
