         <title>Cell Phone Distraction Problem</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I think we should focus on this issue. In my school board some kids have not been distributed their Chromebooks yet and rely on their cell phone as a learning tool. The problem with this is many times students get off-task, playing games, chatting, or distracting others with music.</div>]]></description>
