This allows me to grow in my spiritual walk as well. </p></li><li><p><strong>Day Trip or Nature Outing:</strong> Visit a park, beach, or mountains for a reset.</p></li><li><p><strong>Personal Treat:</strong> Massage, a cozy night in with a favorite movie, or quality time with my husband.
