Once a week I go  to this pub and  everything  always well. I am writting this letter to let you know my last experience.

Although all my experience were well, the last weekend was different. The service was terrible, the bar was full and there was not enough waiters  to attend all the customers.  

The food was not good enough and the beer was warm

I hope you will hire more waiters to work and to chill the beer.

First of all, I want to thank you for taking the time and providing me with the opportunity to inform you of my uncomfortable personal experience in your restaurant last night.
Before pandemic, I used to come every Saturday night, i really loved this restaurant because of its atmosphere and delicious food. So once i saw the restaurant reopened, i immediately did a reservation to eat with my boyfriend in order to celebrate his birthday. 

Our reservation was at 20 p.m., we arrived a bit earlier and he had to wait still for more than half an hour. Once on the table, it was really noisy, we could not even hear each other, the service was very slow and the waiter was completely distracted, he forgot one glass and the knifes. The food arrived really late, cold and had no taste, nothing to compare to how food was before. I even ordered a salad without onion and they put onions still. 
That experience is complete unaceptable. I was really happy to come back to this restaurant and it must had been a memorable night that will unfortunately be remembered for  the wrong reasons. The purpose of this letter is to let you know of this terrible experience and ask you for my money back as compensation. Otherwise i will have no choice but i will rate this restaurant with a bad review and i will tell all the people i know not to come.

I rarely write complaints about the service anywhere, but visiting your restaurant obliged me to write this letter.

I have booked a table for my birthday celebration. My choice fell on your restaurant as I read many positive reviews from your customers, and since I was going to celebrate my birthday with my friends, I wanted to have a wonderful dinner.

In the end, it turned out in the restaurant that my reservation was lost and the table was not ready. We had to wait 30 minutes until we got a table, then we waited another hour until the ordered food was brought to us. We were very disappointment with the food, it was impossible to eat it. The steak was like rubber, it was impossible to chew. The chowder was undercooked and the taste of raw fish was strongly felt. Coffee was impossible to drink, it was completely incomprehensible what taste.

I'm sorry that my birthday was marred by such a disaster dinner. I would like to get my money back otherwise I will have to write a bad review on your site.

I am writing to let you know that the experience we expected has nothing to be with the one we got, instead, we got an awful one.

I booked a table for 6 on the terrace at 8 pm, I did the reservation with 2 weeks of anticipation, to celebrate the visit of a close friend, but when we arrived at the restaurant, the table that I asked for was not available and we had to wait more than 30 minutes for an uncomfortable and small table. The waiter and the host did the best they could do, but the service in general was bad because of the slow flow. The food, that were not too complicated, took more than 50 minutes to arrive to the table, and to make things worse, it was disgusting.

This should be planned better, I don´t expect anything from you, the most probable is that I will never come back and if someone asks me, I will tell them my experience.
