         <description><![CDATA[<div>I find it really counterintuitive the way the P4G entries are handled in Workday. We use predetermined headings to try and force fit our development plans into.&nbsp; Why cant we get the workday fields updated to reflect our process, and actaully make development plans visible on one page to read.&nbsp;Fixing this would be a major simplification<br>Dave M.</div>]]></description>

         <title>I agree that resourcing seems haphazard and too dependent on individuals in talent engagement team - one process involved only recruitment agencies, whilst other process relied solely on linked in.  Needs to be better way to ensure we are recruiting the best, particularly in specialist areas.</title>

         <title>hi I think there was a huge amount achieved in F17 across a very complex arena. as we look forward to F18 the arena will be more complex. As head of a BU I think the area we need to work better together on is getting clarity on what really matters and having joined up priorities throughout the year that allow us to work together better. if we can &#39;plan&#39; qucker and prioritise better I think we can have a really successful year ahead - maybe we should have &#39;HR&#39; on my tier 3 &#39;improve&#39; agenda each month....? </title>
