Firstly, teachers are the instructors. They show students ways to make use of rich learning resources and they can even explain more advanced knowledge or information which is harder to find on the internet.

Secondly, teachers can motivate us to keep going with our education. They listen to our problems and share their advice to solve the problem. Apart from that, they can also create engaging activities to encourage students to study.

Some people might say that online learning is cheap and flexible, but they have not thought about the quality of teaching and learning students will receive in an online class as there are no teachers to monitor the classroom.
