It is important that we have the Ethos of the Teaching profession to guide us in being that role model to others. We need to work together with other stakeholders to assume the responsibility of building the character of our students and 'mould the future generation'.

As teacher leaders, it is our duty to be exemplary in our actions. We guide our teachers to uphold common values and beliefs while serving with honour what we have undertaken as educators. As teachers play a pivotal role in nurturing our children, the Ethos is a compass that will guide us as we navigate through our profession as educators. Revisiting the Teachers' Vision, Creed and Pledge with all teachers would be a good reminder for all of why we are in the profession. When we place the child at the heart of everything we do, we will ensure the wellbeing of the child is taken care of while trying our best to develop their potential while imparting the right values and beliefs.
