There are two major areas that should be incorporated into such an approach:<br>Administrative aspects<br>Technical aspects.<br><br>ADMINISTRATIVE ASPECTS<br>Security policies in a computer center.<br>Physical and fire safety<br>Organization and division of responsibilities<br>.RULES<br>FOR ALL USERS THE USERS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED THE FOLLOWING<br>* Introduce food and / or drinks.<br>* Smoking inside the service area.<br>* Use recorders, radios or sound equipment without headphones.<br>* Move, disconnect and / or connect computer equipment without authorization.<br>* Modify the configuration of the equipment or try it.<br>* Alter software installed on computers.<br>* Alter or damage the identification labels of the computer equipment.<br>* Create directories and copy files to hard disk.<br>* Use computer equipment as gaming machines; This includes using game software or accessing services that involve the use of non-academic interactive games.<br>* Use the team to develop programs or projects outside the academic interest of the faculty.<br>* Extract manuals and / or books.<br>* Extract consumables from computer equipment.<br>* Copy software whose license for use prohibits it.<br>* Send messages to other users anonymously.<br>* Abuse and / or misuse of the equipment.<br>* Access pages with content not suitable for the public morality of the users of the computer center. The direct contact of the print head on the roller can damage both parts.
