I grateful for the night, the time to escape from chaos of the night, the coldness brings a cool breeze, which is refreshing and calm, Outside the stars create art reminding me of the dreams in life. The quietness and darkness brings peace to not worry as I am nearly able to see.

I am grateful for my bed because, after a long day, I am able to recharge my brain and body. While also diving into the comfort and warmth of the blankets, I am able to escape reality , relax, and dream. It has become the most sacred place in my home.

I am thankful for music, because it offers me an escape from reality, the beat, tones and words have so much meaning, and require understanding. It gives me the ultimate escape from my careless thoughts and overthinking and helps me to clam myself thinking of how to relate to the song.

I’m grateful for nature, because it’s so beautiful even in natural disasters and some occasional flooding, it brings the colour to the earth, the smell, vibrance , and especially life, it provides everything we ultimately need, and expects nothing in return. It’s the giver that keeps on giving.

I am grateful for food on my plate it keeps me alive both physically and mentally, I'm very grateful for it. Each meal is made with love by my parents or other cooks a result of the hard work that goes into it just to make sure I’m healthy living and breathing. Each meal I share with my family I hold a great respect to it and it reminds me the love we have for each other that we’re willing to devote our time to cook.

I am grateful for my family, who choose do to things with me, help lead the way into the future, make me laugh, smile and sometimes cry. I am beyond grateful for them especially my parents who always go out of their way to do things for me which means driving me far away for a lesson or just guiding me through struggles of life, they help me be me throughout my life.
