Keeping high expectations in all classes.
Started using an exit ticket spreadsheet to mark down number of correct responses for year 11 students, so can nominate a winner at the end of term.
A surprise Guest Speaker to engage Year 9 TBE class, very beneficial.
Interesting excursion for Legal Studies both on a personal level, learnt a lot and for the students.
Contacted parents of  3 Year 9 TBE students, got immediate feedback and support from them.
Modified year 8 TFE assessment into "chunks" for access students, put into more manageable pieces and they have worked through it more quickly as now not so "text dense"

What's not working well?
Still chasing students in Junior Years for assessment, has proven difficult with limited number of laptops working, did use other classrooms and need to contact parents in the coming week.

What am I committed too improving?
Wordwall for 9 TBE - ran out of time, need to get back on track with this.
Trying new TTR strategies to further extend year 8 class

- Incorporating excursions, guest speakers, 'real life' experiences with the course outline of Yr 12 Business Management, Yr 7 TDD.   Positive student comments and engagement.
- Peer tutoring in 7 TDD - a range of student abilities enables students to access more than the teacher!
- Positive reinforcement for all classes - stickers, certificates, competitions with prizes

What's not working well and why?
- Timetabling of TDD

What am I committed too improving?

- Peer tutoring in 8 TIE classes - a range of student abilities enables students to access more than the teacher!
- Positive reinforcement for all classes - Have only just started using raffle tickets as a means of positive reinforcement. Winning students can collect prize from Mrs Wilkes' prize bag.

What's not working well and why?
- Access to internet due to limited number of working laptops in C4.

What am I committed too improving?
