Evidence base for activity 9 and assessed task 2 are limited, - would be more realistic to have complete paragraphs of text taken from real but amended/redacted SARs. 
Activity 9 ACL preparing questions support material for delegates opens to reveal only WBL evidence points
Penny keen to have a simulated inspection experience running throughout. It would be an advantage to have some continuity between tasks in the sense that the different pieces of evidence relate to each other
Activity 12 – improved text contains errors. Specifically ‘s (apostrophe still in the wrong place). ‘Teachers talk too much’ – would be phrased more sensitively in a published report. 

Venue specific challenges - Novotel
Lack of power sockets near desks.
Music playing in the foyer can be heard in the ‘balcony’ meeting room. Staff on reception happy to turn off on day 1, but different staff member reluctant on day 2 (initially turned down but put back up again).
Children running around and screaming in the corridor outside meeting rooms during assessment tasks. Very happy and pleasant children, but HMI did have to repeatedly ask them to try to make less noise whilst delegates were undertaking assessed tasks.
