I was born in Stockton, CA but was raised in Bentonville, AR. I went to Bentonville schools my whole life and graduated from Bentonville High school.

I am one of five! I have three brothers and one sister. One older brother who also studies at the University of Arkansas and is two years older than me. And the rest younger brother 17, sister 14, and brother 11. We were all raised my my lovely mother, who has done the absolute most for us.

Work

I have been working at a bilingual daycare/preschool for the past three years. I have always been a float/assistant, which allowed me to work with all different ages. This year is different though, I was offered a lead position in a 2.5 year old classroom, which has been nothing but exciting! This job has showed me my real love for children and how I love teaching them and watching them grow.

I am currently a third year student here at the University of Arkansas, with an original plan of going into pre-dental, but after long thoughts I changed my major to Elementary education. Since changing my major I have realized how passionate I really am about doing Elementary education and cannot wait for the future!
