Visual Merchandising survey (primary research)

The survey I did is mostly about how important visual merchandising is to customers and how the services should work. From my primary research, I learned that visual merchandising is important for the people who shop, as 100% of the people who answered were agreed. The same amount of people also agreed that services that provide a shop with window displays are important and they do pay attention to it. They also care about the quality of the display that will attract them to enter the store. However, on the question about celebrations and promotions for the shop 30% of people answered that it is not necessary, where others said it is a good idea. Moreover, only 20% of asked people said that small shops do not need a merchandiser team or a person inside their store, 80% of people disagreed and think that there should be a specific role in who will take responsibility for store visuals. On the last question where they could write their own opinion, they answered that it is important as it is eye-catching and attracts customers.

I found an article about Barneys New York going green, they will launch eco-friendly projects in 17 stores. From what I read it is not only about organic products they sell but also they did all the promotion and window displays about "Green Christmas" and environment. My Opinion:
Personally, I liked the idea of promoting eco-friendly celebrations. Because during celebrations we come up with a lot of waste. Also, in my opinion, launching organic products right before Christmas is a great idea as everyone is heading to the stores to buy presents and other goods for the family. It will raise their choices and give them an opportunity to buy products that are not that damaging to the environment and open their knowledge to eco-friendly trends.

Secondary Research (Mintel) on department stores facing difficulties during pandemic.

according to Mintel sources, John Lewis won't be able to reopen all of their stores. It is because their losses during 2020/2021 are £517 million and their profit a year before that was £146 million. View from my side:
It shows a hard time for the department stores to be able to stay on the market. It also may affect the cuts on things like extra decorations, salaries, and product range. I think for my specific plan idea it could be very hard because not a lot of stores would agree to spend their money on extra decorations while they need to cover other costs and visualizing the store maybe not their priority.

Saks Fith Avenue Almaty, Fashion Bureau, KDM P.O.P. Solutions Group. Two of the companies are located in Kazakhstan; Saks Fith Avenue Almaty and Fashion Bureau. I choose them as they are already in the Kazakh market and their team is already doing successfully in the are of visual merchandising, branding, and events. The third company KDM P.O.P. Solutions Group has its main office in the United States, this company is quite old and is one of the biggest companies that do store environments.

You have used lots of good facts to justify why this will be a good idea and successful - excellent work. Just don;t forget the intext citations and refences from Primary and secondary sources. Also don't forget, landing pages are digital versions of the shop window and could also be considered.
